This project in Jersey City is a total gut renovation on a 4 bedrooms 3.5 bath triplex townhouse. The job was done hand in hand with an interior designer we collaborate with. This massive townhouse has 4 levels-
1st floor is an open concept
with a kitchen, dining room and living room plus a half bath. It has hardwood floors, columns, exposed bricks and stunning custom window design. Brand new exposed industrial style air duct and AC.
2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath.
Top floor is a massive master suite with walk-in closet and huge master bath.
It also includes a finished basement. The client couldn't be happier with the final result.

The historical cafè Angelina Paris needed a cosmetic renovation and a deep cleaning of their HVAC system before the opening.

This outdoor seating project was done for BoCaphe,
a French Vietnamese Restaurant
in SoHo, NYC. The structure is a
35 ft. x 14 ft. deck, with industrial heating for those cold New York nights. The structure was built with full adherence and compliance to NYC's strict Covid-19 building rules and regulations, paying attention to details and quality of work that is second to none. This partition wall with sliding door and plexiglass top window was necessary for some much needed sunlight. Built with the highest workmanship and attention to details, the door was custom built from door to track. The client couldn't be happier with the work and cost.
